Restoria provides handyman and home maintenance services, including scheduling, quotes, job completion, and follow-up communications. Additional offerings, such as seasonal promotions or maintenance reminders, may also be provided.

Restoria Alerts — Our SMS program provides appointment confirmations, job reminders, quotes/estimates, review requests, and occasional promotional offers.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to the number or shortcode you received messages from. Once you send “STOP,” you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you have opted out and wish to rejoin, simply text “START” (or another keyword we provide) to the same number or shortcode to resume receiving messages.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Frequency of messages will vary based on your interactions with Restoria.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

• Industry Standards: Restoria’s SMS program complies with CTIA, TCPA, and other industry standards for responsible messaging.
• Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Services, including but not limited to consumer protection, data privacy, and electronic communication laws.

Payment terms are provided at the time of booking or quote acceptance. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate scheduling and service times, but circumstances such as weather, emergencies, or unforeseen events may cause changes. Restoria is not liable for indirect damages caused by service delays.

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Use the Services for lawful purposes only.
• Refrain from reselling or misusing our Services.

Restoria and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
